CouncilOriginally formed in 1997, the activities of the Hants County Art Council include:
The Festival of Art
Held every autumn in Windsor N.S. during the Pumpkin Festival, the Festival of Art provides a showcase for members to display their art.
The Arts Digest
The HCAC Arts Digest is a listing of artists, studios, galleries and cultural associations.
Distributed free to all members and also available at the following galleries. Note that we plan to produce a new digest this year. (2011):

Educational Events
On an irregular basis, the council organizes:
Tours of artist's workshops
Potluck gatherings to meet, greet and discuss art with your fellow members
Regular Board Meetings
Meetings are held on the 4th Wednesday of each month
7:00 p.m. at the Hants RDA offices in Windsor
